Sampling devices for solids

In order to monitor the quality of the current production, we developed a sampling device, which automatically takes product samples in determined time intervals from out of the pressure line. A withdrawal pipe, which is steered from the industrial laboratory, is pneumatically brought into the delivered flow and directly transports a component current into the laboratory. The control is created in such a manner, that the component current pressure line is drained empty after each sampling, in order to predict a genuine statement with each sample. The sampling device is preferably used for granulates or powder products, which - depending upon the shearing strength of the material - can be up to 8 mm in size.
